Sleep. We’ve got the night.
Eight hours where someone else listens for the cry, does the walking, and holds the baby, so you can close your eyes and actually rest. A calm, experienced pair of hands, right there through the night.

Newborns don’t know the difference between 2pm and 2am, but your body does. After weeks of broken sleep, exhaustion stops being tired and starts being something else entirely.
With Nurture, it’s just me who comes to your home, so it’s always a familiar, trusted face through the night. One night, start to finish, I take over: feeds, settling, nappies, the lot. And you get to sleep like a person who isn’t on call.
One night, held from start to finish
While you sleep, I stay awake with your baby — feeds, settling and changes, from lights-out to first light.
- 10:00pm
Handover
I arrive for a quiet handover: feeding routine, any worries, how bub’s been settling. Then you go to bed.
- Through the night
Feeds, settling & changes
Feeds (bottle or expressed milk), resettling, nappy changes, gentle rocking and soothing, handled quietly, without waking you. Or if you’re breastfeeding, I’ll bring baby to you to feed, then take care of the burping, soothing and resettling myself.
- 6:00am
Morning handover
A calm morning handover with notes on feeds and sleep, plus anything else you’d like to know, so you wake up informed, not behind.
Everything, thought of
Feeding support
Bottle feeds or expressed milk, warmed and given on baby’s cues, through the night.
Settling & soothing
Rocking, shushing, walking the floor, whatever it takes to get bub back down calmly.
Nappies & changes
Every change handled quietly in the night, so you’re not up and down.
Morning handover notes
A simple rundown of feeds, wake-ups and sleep, plus anything else you’d like to know, waiting for you at 6am.

Why a night with me is different
Somewhere around 2am, tired stops being the right word for it. If you’re lying awake counting down the hours until morning, dreading how you’ll function tomorrow on this little sleep, that’s exactly the kind of night I’m here for.
I’ve spent over 30 years around babies and young families, so I know how to move quietly through a house at night and take the load off without you even having to wake. I’m an experienced, steady pair of hands who has done this countless times, here so you can finally sleep.

Common questions
Will you wake me during the night?
Only if you’d like me to, or if something needs your attention. Otherwise you sleep through, and I handle what comes up.
I’m breastfeeding, can overnight care still work?
Yes. Many parents express milk beforehand, or I’ll bring baby to you for a feed and take care of the burping, soothing, and resettling myself afterwards.
What do I need to have ready?
Just the basics: nappies, formula or expressed milk if using it, and a safe sleep space for baby. We’ll cover everything else at the in-home consultation before your first night.
How far in advance should I book?
A week or two ahead is ideal, especially for packages, but I’ll always do what I can to fit shorter notice in, particularly for overnight or urgent situations.
Not sure if this is the right fit?
That’s exactly what the discovery call is for. We’ll talk through where you’re at, and I’ll tell you honestly whether this is what you need.
