New to all of this? Start with what a postpartum doula actually does.

A grandmother who trained as a doula
I’ve raised a family and spent a lifetime caring for newborns. I’m a Certified Postpartum Doula, police vetted and First Aid certified. Most of all, a calm, steady pair of hands to have in the room.
Nurture is just me, so the person you meet is the same person who shows up for you.
Read my storyThe most valuable thing I bring isn’t a technique. It’s calm. When someone experienced is in the room, shoulders drop, feeding gets easier, and you start to feel like yourself again.
