I’ve sat with new parents through the exhaustion and the joy, through the moments where nothing feels like enough, and I’ve learned exactly what actually helps.
That’s who I am for the families I work with: someone who has genuinely done this before, calm enough to steady a room and experienced enough to know what needs doing before you have to ask.
