How payment works
All bookings can be paid by bank transfer, or by credit or debit card (Visa or Mastercard). Payment is due before your first visit. Your $50 in-home consultation is credited back to your package if you book one.
Package hours are flexible. Use them across single long days or spread over several shorter visits, whatever suits your family and your week.

No commitment until you’re sure. The only cost in this phase is the $50 home visit, and that comes back off your package.

A $50 in-home visit to meet properly and plan your support. It’s credited back to your package if you go on to book one.

Help paying for support
Eligible families, including those with multiples or in a domestic emergency, may be able to access subsidised support through WINZ, or funded care through ACC.
In both cases you’re free to choose your own support person, so you can bring Nurture in once you’re approved. You apply directly, and I’ll help you through the paperwork and the weekly timesheet. See the Funding (WINZ & ACC) page for the details.
